After more than 20 years in residential building and involvement in more than 600 new home projects, one thing became increasingly clear: many of the challenges people experience when building begin long before construction starts. They begin when people are asked to make important decisions before they fully understand their options. Build Compass was created to change that — by giving people an independent place to start, helping them understand what's possible and bringing greater clarity to the decisions that follow.
